Propananol and fluxotine

I'm sick of the constant panic all the time my doctors just given me propananol and fluxotine to help. I had a propananol years ago for my driving test, but I didn't have anxiety then. Do they help the worrying and attacks? I'm also worried for side effects

Fluoxetine should help with worry/ruminations and anxiety after a few weeks on it. Alankay
