Does anyone here hear your heartbeat? Especially when I'm lying on my left ear I can hear my heartbeat and it's starting to make me worried..

I hear mine almost all day everyday. It's very annoying and scary. It's also quite reassuring for me though as at least I no it's beating normally

I hear mine almost all the time--even now when I'm thinking about it..and I always thought that was the issue; I pay attention to it, therefore I hear it..annoying for sure!

Why do you worry about hearing your heart beat? That is the most normal thing in the world :)

When I'm highly anxious I can feel my heartbeat in every nerve of my body. No need to hear it!

Do you hear your heartbeat standing straight up arms at your side or just when lying down, etc? It's what I call "cardiac awareness" and it's been the sole culprit of precipitating many a panic attack or anxiety. Me included.
