When you wake up in the morning do you guys feel rested??? When I wake up I'm not tired but I don't feel refreshed either

Everyday I feel like I'm living in a fog not tired but not with it :-(

I never feel rested no matter how much I sleep. I don't think anyone wakes up bright and shiny, though.

Lately I seem to always be tired, like I can never get enough sleep..I wasn't sure if it was depression, anxiety or both...I don't sleep very well at night anyways..

I usually feel tired when I wake up in the morning and it takes me a while to get going. But this could also be because I don't sleep very well. I tend to wake up several times during the night so I don't get uninterrupted sleep.
