Arm pain

Hi,does anyone else get left arm pain??It is freaking me out at the minute!!!!!Lower and upper arm hurting,it is making my anxiety worse!!!!!!

Yeah I get it in the hand as well tho, just like little pains? I get it in both arms but diff times. is it only the one arm?? do u get any other symptoms with it? I get shortness of breathe, back pain and chest pain and its annoying :(

I get it on n off everyday has been for like 3 weeks now

chest pain yes. arm pain yes. leg pain yes. :( right now my calf is so tense im sure im just dehydrated or something but yes those are all anxiety symptoms
