I hear you too, and feel very sorry for you. Anxiety can make us all so desperate just to get back to normal. The more desperate we get the worse the anxiety gets. To stop the anxiety we have to learn to calm down and slow down our breathing and concentrate on just breathing, like meditation, this really helps with the anxiety.
Getting angry with the anxiety can help release some pent up emotion, but it does not stop our anxiety. Calming practices and meditation practice is the only way forward to get rid of anxiety.
