new and need help

hi i call myself swanee maybe for anonymaty but to the point.I have horrible panic attacks to the point ive been to the hospital(thinking i was having a heart attack with bp 160 over 110) mind you but i need some kind of words of comfort iv'e just recenly come to grips with fact that im not crazy but have relized ill never be the same im a male only 23 years of age please help thank your freind swane
