is anyone else's anxiety chest pains in one place? or is it in different places at random times???

Mine shifts around quite a lot. Sometimes it's my right, then left then radiates towards my back. What's yours feel like?

Mainly under my left breast but I do feel it in the centre of my chest and the right side of my chest now and then too.. I used to have it on and off all day everyday for 3 month but its only a few times a day now, still scary though.. and the pains sometimes feel different each time x

They are very scary it's good yours aren't all the time, mine aren't either I've ended up in a and e a few times because of it but its always fine. I think most people will get them, but because of anxiety we can't write them off as easily and probably make it worse by worrying about them. How's your arm pains today? Mines been pins and needles in my hands all day today I've freaked a few times today. But overall today's been ok for me thank god :-) x
