Every night about this time my mind takes over and I convince myself if I go to sleep I will die. Any one got any advice I would do anything for a good nights sleep, I'm exhausted. I no it's my anxiety symptoms and probably nothing serious but I'm still terrified of sleep ever night. Any help is greatly appreciated

I take ZMA about an hour before going to bed. That has helped me fall asleep and sleep through the night without waking up. Its magnesium, zinc and b6 but I don't take the b6 anymore.

I buy my magnesium and zinc from the grocery store. They're pretty cheap too. If you don't have any problems with B vitamins then you should get that too. At least I have noticed way better sleeping patterns after starting to take them!

Try Natural Calm Magnesium. Its realllll good stuff. Magnesium Oxide is not very good magnesium at all which is what you find in most stores. The difference will be huge. Melatonin to fall asleep and Natural Calm to stay asleep and you should be good.

Why do you think sleeping will make you die? When that feeling comes just recognize it for what it is, just your adrenaline playing tricks with you. It will go away eventually if you wait it out.

Meditation has really helped me. I have an app on my phone that has a "bedtime meditation." It talks you through relaxing your whole body and lifts serotonin and dopamine levels so you feel relaxed. Give it a try.:)

Thanks what is the app called? It's just my fear at the minute I heard someone died through the night so I convinced it will happen to me plus feeling poorly at the min so that's adding to my anxiety :-/

It's just anxiety. Remember that. You are perfectly safe:) and if you have an iPhone, look up Guided Meditation and you can choose the app that suits you best:)
