Questions for those on Beta-Blockers

I was prescribed the BB Topral, and I haven't tried them. How does it affect your heartrate during exercise? How does it help you with panic? I know what I have read, and heard from doctors, but I want to know from someone who takes them to help with panic.

hay mate iam on beta blockers i play cricket and try to run twice a week so it does not effect me at all ive had no side effect either but iam only on a low does which iam coming off in two weeks beta blocker is to slow or reduce the deralin in or body

Does it really help to lower your anxiety? The doc wants me to take a pretty low dose also.

it did and it didnt lower it for me it will take couple of days to start to work but i have other technics to reduse my anxiety
