I'm just trying to breathe and relax its so hard with all these thoughts. I currently have an infection spreading to my brain. What's your worry?

I have an ear infection but I don't kno what's causing them

Have you had them checked? I've got a bad dental infection I'm convinced is spreading to my brain and I've just spoke to a dentist who has asked me to go tomorrow to get checked and told me I'm going to be ok. Ear infections really hurt I'm not surprised its spiking your anxiety. I'm sure it won't be anything serious
