So I'm here at my doctors and panicking its so busy I can't even get a seat and panic is setting in. I feel dizzy and faint help I'm going to pass out. Everyone is looking at me I'm sure

Same happens to me. I have a BAD phobia of doctors and hospitals

People are worrying about their own problems, you perhaps looking a bit uncomfortable will not mean the slightest thing to them, don't worry about them, worry about yourself. Take a moment to just breath and think about what good has come out of your trip to the doctors (I'm assuming it's over now) and how you can move forward with recovery. Every trip to the doctors and every day forward is a step closer, always remember that.

I went and stood outside told the receptionist i was too got they came and go me when it was my time. The doctors starting me on fluoxetine now. Hope they work.
