Weird feelings

Having weird feelings right now. I feel like I can't focus, and like I'm here physically but not emotionally.

I went to lunch and was having a great time, but now I just don't feel right. I almost felt like I was stumbling around, but I wasn't like walking crooked or anything.

Head pressure, eyes not focusing. Heart rate normal. Could use some reassurance.

I find I get like this especially if I have been out and socialised its like I'm exhausted afterwards. I am feeling like you at the min like I can't really focus
