Shaky

does anyone feel shaky every night wen they lie down to try sleep? I have for the last few nights and its putting me off falling asleep not known why I feel shaky :/

Yes it might be from dehydration, anxiety, or low sugar levels

Hmm maybe and do u notice that you focus on your heart and stuff more at night when it's quiet?

Yes then u start to panic even more and then u feel all other kinds of symptoms specially dizziness
