Hello to all

Im not sure im in the right place, but im here hoping someone can help me. I am a 23 year old female, with 3 kids, ages 4 months, 2 years and 3 years and im a military wife. For the past year or so i have had fears about everything and anything, even when they are not called for, atleast not to other people. I like reading, being at home, playing with my kids and using the internet. I just want to lead a normal life and to be able to enjoy life.
