Out of body experience for hours

I will feel out of my body for extended periods of time, especially when I am in a social situation. The floor is starting to feel like it is moving and it is scaring the shit out of me. After these denationalization phase I will then go into this "crash mode" where I feel dizzy and have to go to sleep. These cycle goes on and on and I can not break it no matter what I do. It makes me fear EVERYTHING that I do

I call it zombie mode! It happens to me after a spell of anxiety/depression. How long have you been feeling that way?

Roughly about 2 years now, I am finally starting to post these symptoms because I am getting tired of feeling this way

I have the same thing. Sometimes I get up and feel like I'm not who I am, and someone else is trying to control my body.
