My doctor prescribed me with zopiclone last week to help me sleep has anyone tried them before? What are they like? I've got 7.5mg dose

No experience, but it's not prescribed in every country - in the US/Canada, Lunesta is the closest chemically.

Thanks it's just that stupid part of my head telling me if I take one and something goes wrong I won't no. I really hate feeling like this bit after 1 hour sleep last night I think I need to

Trust me - I know....I'm the type of person who won't even take Tylenol - I don't trust any meds. I was prescribed meds for anxiety, took them a few months (had to force myself daily), then stopped cold turkey...

Yeah I won't take paracetemol incase I've got a temperature I don't no about and it's took it down. Crazy I no but that's how my head is at the minute I'm building myself up to it lol I need sleep as I can feel myself winding myself up lol :-)

No zopliclone is prescribed in Canada. Its Immovane here.
