Vibrating

yesterday I was half asleep and felt like I could feel a vibrating near my heart:/ dunno if I was dreamin it or not lol!!

I get like an electric shock like my heart speeds up then stops and then I'm wide awake again. Or the annoying twitches it's hard enough getting sleepy without all this on top of it :-/

yesterday I was half asleep and felt like I could feel a vibrating near my heart:/ dunno if I was dreamin it or not lol!!

I've had something similar. Not near my heart as such, more at the base of my throat and it feels exactly like a heartbeat. Often it feels as though my heart is racing but when I take my pulse it's perfectly normal and it's all just this 'vibration' that I'm feeling.

I've never had the buzzing like that but I'm sure it's nothing I bet it's real annoying though :-/
