bad night!!!!!!!

Did anyone else have a bad night!!!! Couldn't get any sleep at all felt like I couldn't breathe for myself n kept having panic attacks. Also had like body shocks where I move suddenly felt like a electric shock!! Feel really sick n now ive got to somehow go to work n function. Sick of feeling like this always think im dieing and looking out for new symptoms. My chest n shoulders ache n my head feels strange. Need to relax as doc said all this stress can be dangerous so that has made me more anxious. Xx

Feeling rough n tired. Made an appointment at docs tomorrow as dont feel like this can be anxiety. Want to feel normal and that im not going to die or have something seriously wrong with me.

I really can relate I had about an hour last night and keep looking at the box of sleeping tablets my doctor gave me and debating to take one or not it's so annoying I'm exhausted constantly and get either shocks in my heart when I'm dozing or stupid twitches I'm sick of going to the docs, dentist and a and e. I've got an infection at the min which is making me worse
