I'm also new here. I am a 49 year old female from Canada who loves, loves hockey!:)

My problem is intrusive thoughts in my head. I keep thinking that if I don't do certain things God tells me that I am never going to sleep again. I don't think that it is God's voice because I know that He would never bring harm to anyone and that He loves us all but the thought gets into my head and anxiety sets in.

Hi Hockeyfan , Have you ever tried meditation ?? I found it really helpfull for an over active mind and controlling unwanted thoughts.
