arm pains

does anyone else get arm/hand pains everyday?

Yes, every day. To varying degrees. I have shoulder/arm pains in different parts, and pains in my hands in different parts. It's so hard to tell yourself that is just anxiety. Feels like there has to be something more wrong. But the next day, it'll be pain in a different way. Or no pain for most of the day, and then all-of-a-sudden. Ugh. :(

I get it mostly left side arm hand pain numbness and finger tingling.. but both arms. I also get it in my legs like a fallen asleep feeling :( and tingly feet but my arms bother me mostly cos I get chest pains and shortness if breathe alot :( makes my heart race and shaky all the time

Yep in my left arm mostly in the same spot. I figured it was either the anxiety or because I drive with that hand and lift heavy things at work. One or the other :)

yes mines right most of the time the other days was left and i took some tylenol and quit thinking about it once the pain decrease and it went away fully! but still living with chest pain right now thinking its anxiety its getting better just trying to figure out a solution that works for me. I sleep on my stomach with my arms tucked under me and i know that can lead to arm pain even though im still pretty sure mine is anxiety related. have you had any other symptoms besides just arm pain?

yes chest pain hand tingling n shortness of breathe and also leg pain
