Weird eye feelings

Does anyone ever feel like your vision changes? I've been feeling like I can't focus my eyes. And when I try to read something or focus, that my eyes can't hold still. It's like a pulse in my eye, or sometimes like my eyes are going I'm a circle. It's starting to bother me.

And then makes me wonder if its seratonin syndrome. I seriously need to get those thoughts out of my head.

Hi, All day today has been one of those days for me, My eyes have felt heavy, and weird, feels like I cant focus on anything and feels like i lose sight for a split second all day. also been seeing spots and flashes all day. It kills me feeling this way because i get headaches, makes my anxiety worse and bothers me a lot.. but its good to know im not alone on this today..
