I suffer from panic attacks out of the blue all the time. It's frustrating because I don't know why they're happening and I can't stop them when they do come on.

Whenever I get hungry like I am now i get panicky. . Even though my blood sugar is not low I still get like this... dinner can't cook fast enough.. then my empty. Stomach creates a lot of gas.. which causes pressure. .. ugh dammit

When this happens, take some undisturbed time with no distractions and do some deep breathing exercises for about 30 minutes. If you start doing this every day, you'll notice a big improvement.
Thank u.. I will def try this
