These are most classic symptoms of anxiety yet the most debilitating also.. so many symptoms mimmick a serious problem.. but remember u may not even feel these symptoms.. ur brain does a lot of this.. it could all be in ur head.. if u think, dang my toe hurts.. and u obsess over it, guess what it will start to hurt.. just try it..

Ugh! I hate when I get a jolt of panic like when my heart skips.... I get that tingle in my hands.

you aren't the only one! I get them on a regular basis and fighting it gests hard but it can be beat! i also hate getting brain zaps and feeling off balance and sways,..
