Shortness of breathe

I'm having shortness of breathe today trying my hardest to keep taking deep breathes and yawning but it's not happening which is
Making me wanna do it more :(

I get gas really bad in upper chest.. I know this is from swallowing too much air. I never really noticed how I get shortness of breath until I focused how much swallowing I did a day when I was not eating. Gas can cause pressure to build in chest and this causes shortness of breath.. u may not feel it but it's there.. One thing to keep with you all the time is Gas chewables.. they are relatively cheap and no side effects and sugar free.. just take two and it will help a lot.. Just something to think about!! :)

Lol it's called gas x chewables.. or they have mylanta chewables. They are my bestfriends :)
