Woke up with my daughter at 6 and had anxiety from go. Now I have shortness of breath, dizzy, my arms feel like they're vibrating (don't know how to describe it) my head hurts like crazy. Trying to hold it together....

This won't go away unless I take something but I really want to try myself... That usually ends up w an ambulance ride and me completely losing it

U have to accept first this is just anxiety. :) smile, deep breaths and remember this is all in your mind, not ur body...

Three attacks but I didn't lose it... Making progress
