Woke up the same way!! Now I'm trying to watch Cinderella with the little one and muscle through. Nothing else I can do I guess. Hope you feel better!

That has happened to me! It's very frustrating. Do you think you had a bad dream? Sometimes bad dreams set it off for me.

I myself wake up feel nauseous and my eyes feel heavy.. it subsides about 1-2 hours after I wake up. I think it has to do with our mind doing overtime.. when I'm more at peace at night, I find it better in the a.m. :)

I am a big believer of thought tracing. Do you remember what you thought or were dreaming right before it happened?

Like me, mine start with thoughts. Next time you catch yourself thinking that way, just remind yourself how great it is that you are going to work. Also, life organization is a big deal. Try to set aside time for yourself before beginning a work week.

I set aside time I just have em for no reason but yes worrying can lead to one a lot easier
