Anyone ever gotten a random chest pain then instantly started sweating!!?? I'm scared of a heart attack! :(

It's happened quite a bit. You got scared when the pain hit, and you almost panicked . And it made you get sweaty

I will admit it frightened me very much when it happened. Cause I thought heart attack . But jut how many heart attacks can one have? Im still here

Thanks so much for the reply. I guess it did just scare me. It was like bam a bad pain then boom instantly started sweating badly and it is NOT hot in my home. Ugh hate anxiety.

I don't think I'll ever get used to it though. When I get sweaty, I get more scared. Sometimes the panics are different, is all . Be well

Yeah I will NEVER get used to this. Generally all my panic attacks are the same so I don't get scared just simply go through the motions with the panic attack and its symptoms but this scared me cause it was different.

Yea I get this aswell.. the sweating comes after that sensation in the chest.. I think we start sweating because we get scare! . don't worry! You'll be alright..
