Freaking outttttt

So I'm freaking out I have been having heart palps mostly when I am laying down...... I'm scared that I have a disorder and the back of my neck and base of my head hurts.... I read that it could be something g wrong with my spin or a tumor!!!!!!!

Don't worry I get that too but I don't think is a tumor or anything is just anxiety and negative thought you put on ur mind

Yea I do sometimes when I about to fall sleep too ... But I haven't got them since I stop smoking
