I took the same thing for 2 years at 3 pills a day and 1 Mg a piece. They worked pretty good for me. No side affects except sleepy at first.

Ok..I just feel like I living off those pills..it's supposed to be once the anti depressants kick in I won't need it as much?

I haven't found an antidepressant that works yet... I have reactions to alot of crap though so hopefully you'll have more luck. I too can't stand the thought of "being dependent" but it beats the alternative! They don't make you like a zombie and the longer I took then the better I felt. They also last longer than Xanax. They were the ones I liked best. What antidepressant are you taking?

Generic Zoloft for like 3 weeks..the only positive thing I.getting is a appetite..I still very panic y,anxiety and depression....
