Hello everyone, I was hoping everyone here could fill this questionnaire out (removing my answers & replacing them with yours) so that we can see who all shares our symptoms. (These symptoms can be something you're currently experiencing or had problems with in the past.) THANKS!!

Toothaches: No Gum issues (nerve pain, bleeding): Toothache alot

Numbness in left arm/right arm/both: Numbness in both arms mostly left arm (with pain and weakness)

Numbness in hands (all over/mostly middle fingers): Yes - tingling all over and all fingers

Hands trembling: No

Fingernail issues (splitting/cracking, ridges): No

Chest discomfort (sharp pain, dull ache, pressure, inability to take deep breath) Yes fight for breathe everyday!! Chest pain everyday mostly under left breast but also in centre and right side now and then..

Heart - racing, palpitations, skipped beats/hard thumps: Yes - racing alot

Back pain (upper. middle, lower): Yes - upper left side sharp pains

Rib pain (left/right/both sides): No

Breast discomfort (pain, sensitivity, burning sensations): Yes burning feeling in left breast

Underarm issues (lumps, sensitivity): No

Stomach issues (sharp pain, dull ache, indigestion, acid reflux, gas, nausea): Sharp pains numb feeling

TMJ: Unsure, possibility.

Neck & shoulder stiffness/tension: Frequently.

Numbness in hands (all over/mostly middle fingers): Sometimes.

Hands trembling: Has happened a few times.

Fingernail issues (splitting/cracking, ridges): No.

Chest discomfort (sharp pain, dull ache, pressure, inability to take deep breath): Yes, often.

Heart - racing, palpitations, skipped beats/hard thumps: Sometimes.

Back pain (upper. middle, lower): Sometimes.

Rib pain (left/right/both sides): Occasionally.

Breast discomfort (pain, sensitivity, burning sensations): Occasionally.

Frequent urination: Nothing out of the ordinary, I drink a lot of water.

How old do you feel?: Suffice to say I don't feel the way a 27 year old should.

Numbness in left arm/right arm/both: No numbness, but sometimes a strange pressure

Numbness in hands (all over/mostly middle fingers): Yes, tips of fingers mostly

Hands trembling: No

Fingernail issues (splitting/cracking, ridges): No

Chest discomfort (sharp pain, dull ache, pressure, inability to take deep breath) Occasionally...sort of like a stabbing pain that lasts a couple of seconds and then goes away.

Heart - racing, palpitations, skipped beats/hard thumps: Yes...palps and occasionally really hard beating

Back pain (upper. middle, lower): No

Rib pain (left/right/both sides): No

Breast discomfort (pain, sensitivity, burning sensations): No

Stomach issues (sharp pain, dull ache, indigestion, acid reflux, gas, nausea): Nausea occasionally

Abdominal issues (pain - left side, right side, middle, random): No

diarrhoea, constipation, flat stools, consistently discolored stools, appearance of blood: Feeling like I need to go to the bathroom when a major attack hits.

Frequent urination: I've always had that, lol.

Legs muscular weakness, frequent twitching, "jelly legs": My legs feel really weak when I'm having a panic attack or thinking about panic attacks

Feet/toes - numbness, pain: Tingling feet

Joint pain/stiffness/inflammation: No

Skin issues (itching, "bugs crawling under skin" feeling, eczema, psoriasis): Itchy feelings usually on my legs

Overall "traveling" random muscle aches & pains: Sometimes, but not too often

Overall weakness: Yes.

Inner feeling of shakiness/giddiness: shakiness yes.

Feeling as though a weight is being pressed down on your head: Yes and sometimes a weird pressure in the back of my head. Or sometimes even like my head is sort of empty and light.

Feeling warm/hot all over (when it isn't warm/hot): Yes

Feeling chilled (when it isn't cold): Yes

Chronic worrying: Yes

Depression - no longer interested in hobbies, getting out of the house, etc.: Yes. Mainly depression and not wanting to leave the house because I feel like I will make an idiot of myself.

Self-absorption (needing to be alone / difficulty feeling affection for others / shying away from the outside world): Not really

Afraid to be alone / clingy: Yes. When I'm not with someone I trust with my life then I get worried. The only person I trust like that is my husband and parents.

Agoraphobia or other phobias: Somewhat.

OCD (checking & rechecking locked doors, iron, stove): Yes, but not too bad.

Insomnia: Yes

How old do you feel?: 18. I feel that age because I feel like I'm still scared of so many things. Like my future and making people happy and even just being alone scares me sometimes.

Chest discomfort (sharp pain, dull ache, pressure, inability to take deep breath) I have frequent chest tightness and my chest feels constricted and my breathing feels unnatural. I also have occasional chest pain

Heart - racing, palpitations, skipped beats/hard thumps: Rarely palpitations. I often feel my heart is beating too slowly rather than too fast (I have a naturally low heart rate and sometimes it feels way too low). Definitely my heart feels "weird" a lot


Back pain (upper. middle, lower): Yes, chronic

Rib pain (left/right/both sides): No

Breast discomfort (pain, sensitivity, burning sensations): Cyclical for me

Underarm issues (lumps, sensitivity): Somewhat

Afraid to be alone / clingy: I don't like being alone at night. During the day I'm ok, unless I'm ill. Then I don't like being alone either.
