No ur system is dumping loads of hormones.. this is completely normal

Hormones can cause women all sorts of problems. I have had hormonal imbalance from pelvic inflamation disease on and off for years, bad PMT before my periods, and also post natal depression several times after having a baby, miscarriages and an ectopic. I now have anxiety and depression following the start of the menopause.
Hormones have ruined many months and years during my 28 years of marriage.
This time the depression has been for about 3 years with the hormones taking longer to settle down because it is the menopause so having gynae treatment to take the hormones away completely but also being referred to a mood specialist because although I think the hormones triggered the depression, after this length of time I think the depression has taken on its own symptoms etc and is not just linked to hormones now.
