Worry worry and more worry

I'm laid on my sofa as we speak watching telly got my incense burning with a relaxing smell trying to relax but my heart is racing and my chest is hurting why!!!!????? I'm relaxing chilling why? This is driving me mad :(

I've just read on a site that symptoms come even wen were having a good day!! also asked my doctor why this is and she says cos anxiety's a bugger

I can really relate to anxiety and panic striking out of the blue, even when we're feeling fine. This is one of the best explanations I've heard! :)

I ended up falling asleep on The sofa but even when my partner woke me to go to bed I was half asleep waking to bed and could feel my heart racing I don't understand why? My heart races soon as I'm awake its awful
