I don't work...my husband does. I used to enjoy my alone time, but lately I've been wanting him to be here more and more because I feel so much better when hes here.
When he isn't here I feel like nobody is around to protect me in case something happens...
But I still do have moments where I enjoy my time here by myself.

It depends how bad my anxiety and depression is as to how I feel about being on my own. If I am not feeling too bad then I quite like a bit of freedom in the house to do what I want, when I want and eat what I want. However, if my depression is bad then I get worried because it means that I can go looking for my tablets which my husband hides or there are knives to play with - so these times I hate and wish someone else was in the house. I have to fight really hard on these days to keep my sane head on and not do stupid things.
