Just had a weak arm and burning feelings in my left breast what set my heart racing like mad and now they stopped I'm having sharp pains in my back and my hearts racing like mad :( all left side !! need re assurance

so in ten mins I've had arm weakness burning breast sharp back pain shortness of breathe and racing heart :(

It will all be anxiety... And your muscles tensing up which will be the pain. I get this as well your heart will be racing because your worrying about the pain in your arm and chest try laying down and taking a few deep breaths. What I find can help is a cold glass of water and some drawing to keep me busy and when my anxiety is really bad and I think I'm about to die o will write over and over again " I am healthy" all over a page o paper. Hope you start to feel better

i feel better a bit now :) just new pains worry me never felt that burning on my breast before. thanks x
