I would like to hear from anyone who's dealing with the phobias that stem from Panic Disorder such as having to have a safe person by your side constantly. Anyone??

I have what feels like a million phobias since having panic disorder. And, yes, I have a few safe people but the one I can't seem to do anything without is my husband and even then I still freak out in busy places. Xx

I had a safe person for a lot of years. My ex. She kept me calm somehow and I guess I didn't realise how much I relied on her for that until she was gone. Been living on my own for the first time this past year and the anxiety is much worse. I feel like I should be able to deal with this alone too but we all need other people sometimes. Maybe not to lean on all the time to the point where it's a crutch but sometimes. For me isolation is never a good thing.
