Sometime when I'm walking or I get up and sit to go to the bathroom or something I feel my heart... It's not racing but I def feel it beating in my chest....
Is that normal

I get it, too. I don't think it's normal except for people with anxiety. Adrenaline makes your senses super sharp. We're just more aware of everything.

My heart actually shakes my body a little. Guess it's strong anyway. Throws me off a little though

I don't think this is unusual for anyone with anxiety :)

Yep, sometimes I get "thuds" that I can actually feel through my chest. Anxiety is lovely *sarcasm*

Yesterday was my High heartbeat day. From early morning to night I was aware and trying to stay calm. It was beating like crazy. " Lovely anxiety" again

Mine does the same at times but I try not to over think it or I'll go into a full blown PA. Walking helps, it may make your heart beat faster and harder while your walking but usually after the walk and I cool down my heart goes back to it's normal pace.. Hope this helps...

Yes, when you get up you need a bit more blood flow to the brain so the heart will beat a bit strong and faster so you don't get a head rush so bad you faint. It's normal alright. Alankay
