Anxiety,panic,depression

Really makes u feel like you should be in mental ward..that's what scares me...

And then u get on meds and your supposed to thru worst feeling until hopeful u find the right one

That's all I do all day look up anxiety,depression,panic ...if I.should go hospital

If I.should run away from my kids so they don't have to deal with me

I love the internet, it is a great tool...but, sometimes it can be your worst enemy! If I start looking up too much stuff it sometimes makes me feel worse! Do you see a therapist? I found this site very helpful http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/infopax_doc.cfm?Mini_ID=46

P.S. - I am sure your kids would miss you terrible if you ran away :)
