Anxiety now im back home

So I've been away on holiday went Friday came back today went to Ireland with my partner and son to visit some family. The holiday was amazing!! My anxiety was low and even flying wasn't as bad as I thought it was. We're we stayed and the surroundings were lovely mountains and lakes lots of them! On the last day I had a panic attack and now I'm home my anxiety has gone right up!! I don't get it I thought being away would make it worse not being home?!

Hi Sharace, I notice I feel better when I am on a relaxing vacation. I think it is because I don't have to deal with all of the stressful things that are going on in my life. As soon as I come home, the anxiety kicks in because I start thinking about everything I need to do! If you are normally anxious when you are home? Maybe when you get back from vacation your body/associates home with anxiety?
