Panic attaks, anxiety and agrapobia :(

Help i never leave my house i last left my house to go to the doctors wihich was 7 weeks ago :(

My sister had agoraphobia for a very long time and she never used to leave the house , after having many sessions with cognitive behavioural therapy she gradually got better.. She now lives a normal life and has never had it since.. Drives all over .. Goes places she thought she never could.. I suffer with anxiety and sometimes I hate going places but I have no choice as I have kids and I need to go out.
