Hot, sweaty, feels like heart racing, tense chest/face/arms, shaky feel inside, clenched jaw, always anxious! :(

I get tingly down my arms but that more if I feel a panic attack so that's not as often.

Short of breath feel like i knt breath from my nose too my stomach feels weird
