Buspar 10mg

So I've taken 5mg and did ok with it but was prescribed 10 mg.. Anyone else take it ? Any side effects? Experiences? Problems ??

Never used it, but don't fixate on side effects. If you do that you can just wind up over the edge with anxiety or symptoms and worries etc. I'm not sure if it's a daily medication or a benzo where you take it when you need it. But I always believe medication should be paired with therapy.

I tried 7.5 in am and in pm. Starting dose is 15mg 2-3 times a day. It made me too dizzy and my bp was too low. I tapered it and had 0 side effects. It's worth a try!!! I would still be on it but dizziness was to uncomfortable for me.

I take 15mg 2-3 times a day.I had a few minor side effects....but none now.
