Hey guys does anyone know what causes these discomfort feeling an sharp pains by the heart i feel like im gonna end up dying please can someone help me..3 months ago i had my heart checked did a sono gram,stress test everything was fine but this pain its unbelievable ever since i had my full blown panic attack this pain should with me is it the nervous or muscle ?? Please someone help me!!

Acid reflux? It can cause chest pain and is common with anxiety.

Yep. Not five minutes ago I just had to fight off a huge attack. Got dizzy, weak in the legs, chest hurting. Had to take half an Ativan.... It was gas. Taco salad.

Do any of you palm your chest lightly? It helps with gas. Try it?

Mine hurts all the time too. I should say like burping a baby

I don't think it is, cause I've had it for over a year. It's anxiety problems
