Does anyone have daily shortness of breathe? Like hard to take a deep breathe

I always have this! It's like I have to force myself to breath. So annoying!

Yes is so annoying , i bren to the er soooooooo many times cause of this.

Yes. I know it can be an anxiety symptom but mine always happened going up stairs. My doctor gave me a breathing test and I didn't pass. She xrayed my lungs to be safe and didn't see anything. Now I have an inhaler. Not sure if it helps, but I am going to give it a shot.

I have this too. A lot of the time I'm holding my breath as though I'm waiting for something bad to happen which in turn spikes my anxiety, or I'm hyperventilating lol it's a daily battle.

yeah I've spoke to them a few times and they say its anxiety related

Yes is hard to take slow breaths at a time tho
