Guys its so bad right now i have discomfort and pain by heart area and numbness in left arm i feel un balance like im gonna clapse omgg this soo bad pleasee someone help me pleaseeeee!!!

Try to go somewhere quiet and do some slow breathing it always helps. If worse comes to worse go to the hospital just to get checked out it helps you to get the reassurance that you are safe and healthy. Just remember it always passes and that its just a panic attack you can control them , hope you feel better soon
