Head anxiety

Does anyone else ever feel anxiety in there head. Always need to move it around bc you feel weird in your head. Then sometimes I get these sudden dizziness and I feel like I lose my stomach? Anyone els ever feel this way?

I can't stand that feeling

I feel like all my anxiety is head related, I get dizzy spells, feeling faint, heavy head, eye pains and off balanse feelings, it fells like there is loads of tension in my head and it i can't get rid of it!

I am exactly the same!! All my symptoms are head related!!!
