Mother in Citical Condition

For the past few days my mother has been in "ICU" (urgent care unit) because of her critical condition =organ failure.
I've been extremely stressed out lately
But since then at night and occasionally during the day
I get this jolt or zap feeling in the center of my chest that leads to shortness of breath right after.
It's freaking me out

So sorry to hear that! Those jolts are anxiety. I get them when I'm drifting off to sleep. Just try to be calm and be there for your mom.

Rick so sorry about your mom, i know she'll pull through, she'll be in my thoughts and prayers! I know how terrible anxiety is when your family has medical related stuff going on :( I'm here for you pal.
