No sleep

Last night was the worst it has been, I had maybe 3 hours of sleep. Even thought it was very cold last night, my body was sweating from being so hot. My heart was pounding all night and still is. The little sleep I did have was filled with dreams that were very vivid.

And now I have to find a way to calm myself down before work. I just don't know what to do anymore.
