I have quite a bit on my plate right now.

About three weeks ago I started having panic attacks almost everyday and shortly after the first panic attack I was having severe body aches. Mainly in my abdomen, but it spread occasionally. I also felt very tired and dizzy (vertigo-ish). I thought I had some kind of horrible illness but my mom told me that it was anxiety that was causing it. She said she sort of saw it coming, however I didn't. I was anxious without knowing it until the attacks.

Currently, I'm feeling extremely tired, anxious, and depressed. It's also that time of the month (bleh, sorry if that's TMI), so I'm also dealing with PMDD, which is a REALLY bad case of PMS.

Also dealing with CFS, which was caused from a shitload of stress, depression, and anxiety, I'm wiped out and achy. And the more I stress, the worse it gets.

Does anyone else have CFS and PMDD? I just want some relief and tips on staying calm so that the CFS symptoms will stop.
