I get diff aches n pains every day like

arm pain (numb/sore etc)
tingly hands/fingers and feet sometimes
chest pains all over!
sharp pains all over body
shortness of breathe
but I feel ok before hand and wen I'm getting them just worry over it!! :/
does this sound like anxiety cos I felt ok this time last year it all started since my son was a few months old HES ten month now!!

also back pain. and worry about going too far from home/safe place when i used to be ok! just wake up with worry everyday wondering what it's gonna be like today!! just thinking about it as I don't feel anxious most the time wen I get pains and stuff
