Hi everyone.
I'm new to this forum but anxiety I'm all too familiar with. I'm twenty years old. I've been dealing with anxiety and depression for about seven years now. It's been a real struggle, and it's put a huge dent in my social life and really just life in general. It's caused me to stop going to public school and finish school online. I've been in several programs. I've been to several therapists. I've been on medication. For a while, all of the hard work in trying to get better really did pay off but recently I've been having a series of panic attacks and my anxiety and depression has caused CFS and about three years ago I was diagnosed with PMDD. Just my luck, huh?
Anyway,
I joined in hopes of finding some encouragement and support and to help others with the same issues as myself.
